"Great job.
I am a bit of a Do-It-Yourself kind of guy, but my current job has me to busy to trim my tree, so I called All Star Tree Service. I am a repeat customer for a reason.
Communications - when you call them, you will most likely get forwarded to a cell phone. This isn't a big deal because even though they are working a job, they can still schedule your appraisal and trimming.
Appraisal - they came by within a couple of days and left a business card (upon my request) with their quote on it. They quoted me $300.
Scheduling - I called them back and accepted their quote and they scheduled me for a time slot 2 weeks in the future. They called a week later and said they had an earlier opening and would I be ok with them coming the next day? I was fine with it, and they showed up and took care of the tree.
Actual job - I am not an expert on trimming mesquite trees, but last time they did trimmed it such that it didn't need another trimming for another year. This time, it looks great (same as last time), and they cleaned up all the branches and used a leaf blower to make sure my front yard was left in great shape!
Overall - great service and value!"
